Simply delicious grooves and some experimental delvings.
I'm hesitant to review it because I never got into him before this. Playful, sensual, devinely sublime. Hot jazz-rock fusion, artfully crafted: tasty! Lotusflow3r makes we wish I had paid more attention. Well, I will now. Thank you, Prince. (This is for Lotusflow3r only. The second cd is where he lost me; Elixer did not mix well with me, either.) So if you are considering buying this 3-cd digipak, make sure that you take into consideration the fact that you may not want to pay top dollar for this offering. Yes, it is just my opinion, but I have seen/read this same sentiment elsewhere. But, I am not sorry for this purchase. This was a great addition to my now growing Prince collection. Excellent CD
I absolutely love this 3 CD set. Bria Valiente is amazing on the firat CD. It is a nice "chill out wit yo Boo" sound. The other 2 CD's are rocking out Minneapolis Prince style. The Best 3xCD Set
You are able to buy LotusFlow3r as single CDs but why in the world would you? The 1st CD was Prince but with a female on vocal duties. CD 2 was as you would expect “Colonized Mind and $ being the Fun/Funk tracks. CD3 was My favourite disc it’s the the kind of Funk that you don’t get to hear from Prince too often. This is a wonderful collection of smooth jazz, rock, r & b and just plain good music.
I don't know how I let this one get by me when it was first released but I am glad to have it now. This man was so talented and diverse so it was never just the same type or same sound with his music. I am enjoying this collection immensely .Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Exceptional & Creative L8 era Prince
All three albums are great. Elixer is only available on CD, the song arrangements on that album are brilliant. Love the guitar work on this 3-album set, especially Dreamer. Colonized Mind is a fave song!Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Love these CDs
I love everything Prince has done and this is no exception. The music is very "Prince" and I don't feel like he was writing this to try to impress anyone - just doing his thing, writing great music with compelling lyrics. Upset I don't buy his when it was first released
