Uselessness of one of the phones received.
On handset 2, all the numbers are not function able. Thereby making it useless for use to dial out. I didn't know that until today as I had not had an occasion to use it. Handset one works fine.

Very Annoying. Good for a cheap phone, Will be replacing soon
Easy to set up, Handset too square and uncomfortable to cradle against shoulder, Must Hold or will slip. Sound is off with a metallic sound to it, Very Annoying. Good for a cheap phone, Will be replacing soon but will keep for an emergency backup

Great convenience.
I have two of these in similar models and love them. These work well were fully charged in about 20 hours. The features are years ahead of the two handset they replaced. So far I have not had to switch handsets on long conversations like I had to on the previous pair.

Lightweight with great features
I wanted to add two phones to our house. I recently set up an office in the basement rec room and I couldn't get to any of our three existing phones upstairs. I wanted something simple to set up, no bells and whistles since we already have voice mail. These are refurbished phones. Look brand new. They're lightweight. The ringtone is loud and clear. I had them working within several minutes after putting the batteries in. Just what I was looking for.

V tech Phones are the best landline phone on the market
Great Phone and features make this my favorite and I will keep buying these as I wear mine out and drop them over a few hundred times before needing to replace them after 4 years!

Descent cordless phone
It is hard to judge, but the sound seems pretty good. None of these "modern" phones are comfortable, but I think it is OK for most calls. Buying it used was less than half of what it sells for at Walmart, so it was a pretty good value. Bought it for an elderly friend and she finds it OK.
