The price was good. the condition of the diffuser was good, but it arrived without an instruction leaflet (I'll contact the seller about this ) , and I do feel it could have been better wrapped. They stated that the colour I got did not exist. Once I sent them photos, they agreed to refund my money. An apology was never offered. They never even admitted that they made a mistake. Customer service is nonexistent with the seller and I would not recommend them nor will I be purchasing from them again.
