"Sony 2X IS SHARP!"
I love this 2X convertor because it DOUBLES the focal length of my Sony 200-600mm zoom lens and the pictures are sharp. The following photo was taken with that combination. Distance from the flower to Sony A6500 camera sensor was between 22-24 feet. Equivalent focal length was 1,800mm.

Works well but is expensive and has limited applications.
They are among the best teleconverters available but only work on a really limited number of Sony lenses. Most Sony lenses do not physically fit.
