Outstanding Quality and Performance!
Awesome results... My wife is delighted! After using this strainer to process a large batch of Boysenberries for making jam, we found its components to be made of high quality cast aluminum, BPA free plastic, and stainless steel, materials. All components exemplify excellent workmanship and provide flawless performance and outstanding seed free (as desired) results. All components are very simple to assemble, but it is very important to read the instruction manual thoroughly for best success. Also, we found the grape spiral (currently sold separately) in addition to the spiral provided with the standard packaging allows the convenience of an expanded range of straining applications for various fruits and produce, and is especially helpful for second run straining of discharge pulp for maximum juice-pulp extraction. With this in mind, perhaps Victorio should consider adding the grape spiral to its standard packaging. We find this Victorio Food Strainer easily deserves 5-stars for outstanding quality and performance.

Awesome - wish we had bought this 30 years ago
Purchased the base unit for making tomato sauce and ordered the additional accessory screens and auger to use with other food processing. So far, so good. Looking forward to trying out all the various options and expect all to function as well as the tomato seed/skin screen did. Initially was pre-cooking tomatoes to soften slightly, which was required with the 'other' food mill. Tried milling the tomatoes 'fresh' and was very satisfied with the outcome - saves time and a rather messy step. Ran the seeds/skins through several times and was surprised at the amount of additional sauce that was salvaged. Great addition to the equipment inventory and will definitely recommend to other food-prepper enthusiasts looking to save time and improve food quality.

Needs a update
I think this products time has passed didn't fit any of my countertops didn't fit any of my tables I had to process on my living room coffee table because the clamping device would not fit anything in my kitchen. Sort of hard to put together and the strainer cone kept popping off made it very difficult to process my Roma tomatoes.. victorio if you see this review please update the clamping device to fit multiple surfaces in the kitchen. Thanks

Buy this item!
I absolutely loved this Food Stainer! I did a perfect job on my tomatoes. The skins and seeds came out dry. I had perfect tomato sauce.

Makes canning so easy
This thing is Awesome. now I need to get the other strainers. no need to blanch the tomatoes. Have done over 200lbs so far. eventually going to buy the motor so I don't have to crank.

Awesome time saver
We just got this and did applesauce with the family. It was so easy to use that my five year old granddaughter used it. What was nice is; hers was as good and fast as when the adults used is. We have had a Chinios stile for almost forty years. This was much faster, and got the skins cleaner and dryer. Anyone want a Chinios stile?

VICTORIO Food Strainer STANDARD SPIRAL description not clear.
I thought it was the whole device and not just the spiral. I suggest the description should read "VICTORIO Food Strainer standard spiral *for* Applesauce Maker Tomato Juicer VKP250-7" which would make things much clearer.* I returned the spiral without difficulty.

Good quality - time saver!
Since receiving our strainer/saucer, we have canned applesauce and tomato soup. We love the strainer/saucer! It was easy to assemble and very easy to operate! We were amazed how effective it was in separating out the juice and pulp from the skin, etc! There was no peeling, no cutting out the cores - only removed stems and blossom ends and sliced - wonderful! This product seems to be of good quality and we hope to use it for many many years!

Looks to be well made
The only fault I find in the product is the red worm shaft is really tight when it is assembled I hope this gets a little looser as it is used

This is an incredible apple sauce maker!!!
Love this for making apple sauce. I am giving this to an awesome sister-in-law who is always helping others out and could really use this to save time and have incredible apple sauce. I have had mine for years and everyone loves my applesauce. I have made batches for friends and family with cancer when they can't eat much but can easily handle applesauce and always ask for more! It's quick, clean and easy to use! Love, love, love mine!
