Nickelodeon's animated sponge takes a GameCube plunge in a 3D platform game set in and around the colorful underwater world of Bikini Bottom. SpongeBob must stop the evil Flying Dutchman, whose spirit was inadvertently freed after opening a treasure chest. Angered by the wake-up call, the Flying Dutchman plans on luring SpongeBob's friends to become part of his ghostly galleon. After consulting with resident expert Squidward, SpongeBob realizes the only way to stop the Flying Dutchman is to locate the missing treasures throughout Bikini Bottom. <br><br>Players navigate seven distinct regions while completing eight challenges on each level. As players progress through the game, characters will undergo various costume changes, including outfits based on Mermaid Man, Barnacle Boy, and more. Mini-games can also be unlocked, and the disc includes original sketches of SpongeBob SquarePants characters as a special bonus. Reprising their voice-over work from the series are Tom Kenny as SpongeBob and Bill Fagerbakke as Patrick Star. Other featured characters include Sandy Cheeks, Mr. Krabs, and Plankton.

A fun bad game
A really bad game, but it works perfectly. The disc has minimal wear and the case and manual are in excellent condition. Thank you

good Christmas present
Bought this as a Christmas gift for my son as he is trying to hold time record for this game. He was extremely pleased with it. The game itself is not a great video game if you are looking for a game but this product was as advertised and we were pleased with it.

If you played it as a kid it's worth replaying
Went to go play for 10 minutes and stayed playing it for about 3 hours. It's not a perfect game but it's weirdly addicting.
