The seller was slow at shipping my item as it showed label created for three days before shipped at Post Office. And the seller filed a missing item and claim to receive their money back before Ebay even ended their investigation when I filed item not received. My Post Office said the seller filed the missing claim and the item was sent back to them. I HAVE NOT received the item back contrary to you statement, and I have to wait until September 15th to file a claim with the USPS. You are and have been very unreasonable, and now being dishonest!

Every album is clean, put into an anti-static sleeve and at least one protective sleeve around the album and cover. The albums are then double-boxed including stiffening cardboard the size of the album, sheets of bubble wrap, and securely taped. Packaging could not be better. All albums I've received are exactly as described or even better.
