It was quick and seamless, and as soon as the item arrived back with the seller, they refunded my order total. Although I am disappointed in the product and being misled on the size, the seller was great and communicative. The seller said this “came from the factory,” which doesn’t happen on real jerseys. While the seller had the decency of giving me my money back, I still had to use one of my mailers to complete the return, resulting in a waste of my time and money.
