Unbeatable value for the price
For such a low price, you can't get anything better than this. This stand works well with my Blue Yeti Nano, and allows me to set my mic to a number of configurations. excellent, light-duty quality structure, easy to use.

Pleasantly Surprised.
I was resigned not to be mad about having ordered what looks like a cheap piece of garbage. However, I attached a shock mount and my heavy Rockville Mic to it. As seen in the pictures. Works just fine for me to be siting in my hammock in front of my computer recording my Audio Books. Allows me to move the mic up and out of the way and position it in front of me or even above me when I am laying in my hammock. Which is a far cry from having to worry about the mic stand flopping the mic onto the floor. Needs to be tightened up some and I do not have those tools. I am not complaining though. It does exactly what I wanted a mic boom for my desk to do. There is nothing cooler than relaxing in a Hammock and reading a book out loud. It was nice.

It works
Hey it's 10 bucks. If you use a condenser mic heavier than a BM800 you may have issues but it's not bad for the price.
