    A new way of thinking about health. I first read this book on Kindle a couple of years ago. I was convinced enough to try putting Satchin Panda's ideas into practice, and I lost weight steadily, more than 20 lbs over 12 months, going back (at over 70) to my age 30s weight and feeling much better for it. Lockdown chocolate has added a few of those pounds back, so I bought this hard copy (easy to dip in and out of) to do a 'refresher course'.

    A subject I am very interested in. Recipe's interesting but still contain shop purchase items but easily exchanged for homemade items. The main subject of the book is compelling. A good buy!
