Newest "Elvis" movie in a long time, better than most of the older ones.
I thought it was really good. There have been many "Elvis" movies through the years, but this one shows from the beginning when he was just getting started. Austin Butler did a great job singing. You can't really tell which songs are done by Austin and which ones are actual recordings by Elvis. Tom Hanks did a great job being Col. Parker. COLONEL PARKER, SADLY, DOESN'T KNOW OR EVEN REALIZE THAT HE'S THE VILLAIN IN THIS MOVIE...LOL.

Awesome!
This is a great movie, it is entertaining and engaging. If you are not an Elvis fan, you will become one after seeing/watching this movie. Austin Butler is suberb as Elvis, he should have won an Academy Award for this. Highly recommend this movie, A+++Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

many movies of this sort are somewhat disappointing. this one was better. good acting too.
Austin Butler was very good in the acting role of Elvis Presley. better to see at home than paying the price in a theatre.

Channeling Margaret Hamilton
A well-done biopic about a legend of modern music culture, Elvis Presley. Most of us know the life story of Elvis. This was told in a big budget, flashy, Hollywood style. With all the attendant show and dazzle. Austin Butler did give an Oscar worthy performance. I believe he even did his own singing. He didn't imitate Elvis. But you felt like he had the spirit of Elvis. Tom Hanks channeled Margaret Hamilton to play Colonel Parker. Down to the pointed nose. It was a commendable job. An enjoyable film.
