I asked to return them and provided the many reasons and supporting pictures. They stated that they weren’t aware that I was comparing them to one that I already had! What? Of course I would, who wouldn’t? However, the seller ultimately ghosted me. I appealed to eBay with my reasons and pictures and they agreed with me. I tried working with this person again by answering the questions she asked and sent additional pictures for her to make an informed decision to purchase the milk carton holders. I guess she did not like them so much she bought all of the milk carton holders I had
