There was a problem though with the shipper. I believe this item was as it was described until the shipper decided to check it for damage. The unit was received a few days later but the packaging was atrocious and my new item had scratches, damage and tape stuck to it in many places, not to mention that parts were missing from the package. Great communication with the seller, and gave me a great deal. Ship time was odd, as it took one week to receive the item within the same state. I think that issue may be more on the drop-off location/carrier. All in all, Item is GREAT.
