The Next Level of Battle
Battletech Clan Invasion is the next step in the updated Battletech game system. It follows on from the new Batteltech Boxed set and fits in with the new Battletech Mercenaries boxed set. It introduces the player to the higher tech weapons of the Clans of Kerensky as well as their Omnimechs and advanced battle armor. It includes cards and play aids for Alpha Strike which is the simplified version of Battletech. It also includes some very nice maps and resin miniatures for game play. This set is part of Catalyst Labs updating for the entire Battletech line to coincide with the various eras in the game. Great start to an old game.
Great start to a game that has been around for more than 45 years. I played it when I was younger, and than again in Military as a hobby. Now I am getting back into it and this is a great way to get some mechs to put on table. I just wished it had one other mech in that and that was the Vulture/ Mad Dog mech.
