Excellent for jewelry making soldering
I have used this type for 4 years soldering silver it works, iv made Cubana curb chain bracelets rings and other things silver, I like working with them, iv tried others but they don't have the power.

Great torch
I needed to solder connectors on a coax cable in a remote location. This torch did the job in just a few minutes. I didn't use the soldering tip. The pinpoint of the torch flame was just right and easy to control. I love this thing.

BernzoMatic does it rght!
I used to use BernzoMatic torches years ago for sweating copper, stripping paint, etc, and they've consistently built quality products. So when it came time to buy a small propane torch to use for acrylic paint pouring, I chose a BernzoMatic brand torch because of my prior experience with them.

Excellent little torch
This is my second torch after my first one went "missing". Has an adjustable flame control and a continuous, hands-free flame button. Also has a sliding, thumb-operated childproof safety lock release tab under the gas release/ignitor button. Delivers pinpoint heat for delicate work. The ceramic lined shroud dissipates heat and protects the nozzle. Just the right size when a propane/MAPP gas torch is too much. Wide base provides stability. Ignition is reliable. Holds a butane charge without leaking, but I wish the torch had a fuel level window. I don't use the torch that often, but it's so handy when I do need it. Piezo ignition system is very reliable. I recommend this torch. I bought a small, zippered storage case for the torch, soldering tip, solder supplies, and a butane refill cannister to keep everything together Just grabbit-n-go.

Actually works well.
Good value for this type of torch. The child resistant lock on it is a nuisance, not well designed, and annoying to use all the time. Fortunately easily removed.

Nice Torch
Torch works well. Lights easily. Base is stable. Soldering tip works nicely and is small enough to do some fine detailed work. If it had an adjustment for the level of flame I would give it five stars.

Good touch
This is my second BernOmatic touch. This product get used every day in my business. My first lasted three years until the automatic igniter failed. Thought it should have lasted longer but NOT. As far as the tool it did well and the propane lasts a long time .

Fantastic torch
I use this torch for everything, lighting candles, camp fires and so on. I just used it today to sweat some copper pipe together for a shower/tub application. It’s awesome!!
