Brighten your day and lighten your photographs with the Nikon Speedlight SB-15 shoe mounts flash. This external flash unit from Nikon's popular Speedlight range is an updated version of the SB-12. It provides through the lens (TTL) control of flash exposure with the FA, FE2, FG, Nikonos V, and later Nikon models, and automatic flash exposure on other models. The head rotates through 180 degrees, with click stops every 90 degrees, and tilts to 90 degrees, with click-stops at 15, 30, 60, and 90 degrees, letting you get the perfect lighting for any situation. The Nikon Speedlight SB-15 runs on four AA batteries, and weighs just 9.5 ounces, making it an easy, portable way to light subjects in any situation.

Simple
Very easy to use Great through trail and error, reliability is usually great with these old school Nikons. Use as a discreet light flash, whilst out and about or use off camera as a fill. Uses are endless

Just does the job, small and handy.
Just does the job, limited power but handy for fill in shots or close ups. Runs of camera battery but that's not a problem as the Nikon 1 V1 has a good size battery.

Excellent flash - simple to use.
The flash is in pristine condition with all accessories and manual. It works superbly with my SLRs and delivers the expected output. It is very portable and easy to set up to get the optimum results. Perfect match for my FG20 and F90X.
