Good value, reliable product.
This Hoover UH30600 WindTunnel MAX Bagged Upright Vacuum has a very powerful suction and can very easily clean a thick pile carpet as well as a bare wood or vinyl floor. Cons – it is heavy to maneuver (weighs 18 lbs.), the motor is quite loud, not easy to slide far enough under bed or furniture, backside attachments for accessory vacuuming tools can get easily dislodged. Our prior Hoover model U4258-930 Runabout Upright Vacuum Cleaner lasted for almost 18 years when its motor died. Works well
This is a great vacuum cleaner! I'm so happy to have one with a bag to eliminate all that nasty dust from the bagless type. It's easy to handle, maneuvers well, and love the adjustment heights. Prefer Earlier Models
I have owned Hoover WindTunnels in the past and have been extremely pleased. This particular model for me had quite the learning curve in figuring out what carpet height adjustment to use. I am also not able to vacuum small area rugs as I have in the past as the suction is so strong it eats up the carpet even with the brush roller inactivated. OUTSTANDING Vacuum
We bought this vacuum as a replacement for a Eureka we had that was a few years old. MAN am I happy we did!! This cleans SO much better! Our old vacuum would 'pick up' the carpets and they would look decent for a short while, but this Hoover cleans really deep, really thorough, and the carpets look great now! I really love the long extendable hose on this unit, too. It's very convenient and easy to use. It even locks in place when you're done with it, instead of just jamming it into a slot. It comes with excellent HEPA certified bags, and replacements are reasonably priced. The only thing I don't love about this vacuum is the weight. However, it's easy to handle, and it cleans so well, that I gladly accept the extra ounces in exchange. Overall, you really can't lose with this vacuum. It's a top-rated Consumer Reports model, too! "Runs fine, but it's loud"
Pros: it performs well, cleans a wide area in one swipe, and has a long cord and long hose Cons: it's fairly heavy if you have to carry it up or down stairs, it has a very high-pitched whistle while running (I wear ear plugs), and the wheels squeak while moving it. It also has a loud squeak when turning it off - maybe the belt? The price was very good, so it isn't worth the postage to return it. Hoover WindTunnel Max - Solid performer
Good, solid appliance. Good suction and easy to clean for general maintenance. Also has a 30' long power cord easy to use vacuum attachments. And the 15" wide floor aperture makes this superior in making quick work with hard wood/ flat floors. The unit is a bit bulky causing it to be somewhat heavy. Hoover Windtunnel 12 amps. Motor
I had another Hoover Wind tunnel self propelled for years. It has a lot powerful suction and 12 amp motor. I like that attachments are easy to attach and easy get my hands on. The cord is long enough to reach around my room. I like the way the hepa bag releases into trash can. I do not have touch the full bag of dust. This is a very durable machine. Great value for cost
This cleaner does a great job with picking up dog hair and is lighter to move than our last vacuum. Although packed without a crevice tool it was in our hands within 3 days of notifying Hoover. Good Vacuum would recommend certainly better then most mainstream vacuums you'd find in Walmart
Very good vacuum that actually has the windtunnel technology , the bare floor switch is nice and easy to use although it seems to get touchy from time to time, it can be difficult to push on carpet but it's fine once you get the height setting just right, the headlight is nice for hallways and dim rooms, my only complaint is that unlike my Hoover anviersery windtunnel selfpropelled this vacuum doesn't have the ability to go completely flat to get under beds and suchBestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Best vacuum ever!
I love it. A few years ago I found a used Windtunnel at Goodwill and it was the best vacuum I ever owned. Unfortunately my Rescue dog chewed up the cord and the hose. I replaced it with a bagless light weight rechargeable one. Hate it. Bought a bagless plug in vacuum and not a lot of suction power. Decided To go back to a bagged Windtunnel.
