  • Good diagrams. Good for review.

Other books have more scholarly, and deep, texts but this one is great for what it is... a quick start and a quick review. The two "decision tree" diagrams are worth the price; the book ought have more. Text is clear and "1 minute". The text goes rule by rule without much help in how they interact. The lights and shapes images seem straight out of the Coast Guard book. I'd also downgrade it some for the "back of the book" large number of pages dedicated to citing every line of demarcation... a waste of paper. I'll razor those out.
