  Item as described and very detailed as to condition. I look for antique tools to use in hobby woodworking which is done mostly with vintage tools. This is why a true, honest description is important. Seller meets and exceeds this criteria. Communication with seller was fast and helpful.   I received the item. It was expertly packed and was EXACTLY what was advertised (and what I needed). My only complaint - which is NOT to be directed at the seller - is the timeliness of the delivery. The initial email from eBay indicated the item would take 3-5 days for delivery (received for shipping on 12/5 and to be delivered 12/6 to 12/10). The package - thanks to USPS - took two weeks, arriving on the 18th.
