    The seller did not respond to questions or ship out item. I ordered in September and waited until November. Ultimately I had to make an item not received request. The seller did however make it right in that regard. Sadly I cannot recommend this seller as they are not dependable and may or may not ship out the item you purchased.

    Never shipped item. Messaged seller numerous times about canceling the item but no response. Requested for item to be cancelled through ebay and on last day for seller to respond, he declines and still never shipped the item or responded to my messages. Has to wait days for ebay to step in and still the seller never responded. I never experienced this before on ebay until now

    Weird smell, parental controls, funny flipnotes

    This product is amazing! It is all I expected out of a used DSI! The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords anniversary edition was loaded as promised! It was amazing how great quality the DSI was in! The only thing that stood out was the smell. It smells a little minty, and the screen is really dirty. After a clean though, it literally looked good as new! To my surprise, it came with an 8GB as card, which is way more than I thought it would come with! It also came with a charger, and really snug professional packaging! However, it was under parental controls when I got it. Luckily, it is easy to disable parental controls by using some tools online, but it should’ve been reflected in the price and listing. Overall, I am really happy with the product, and have given it 5 stars! I will have a ton of ...

    Got exactly what I ordered. I don't mind the minor cosmetic issues, I was actually able to clean them up a tiny bit myself. Buttons work great and the screens are pristine! I haven't gotten through the system set up to test if it reads games but it powered on just fine! Packaged extremely well, a little hard to open but it kept my item safe. Seller even included the travel bag with it which I wasn't sure I'd get or not, thanks! Definitely will be saving this seller for the future.

    Everything works as expected, both screens have no marks/dead pixels, all the buttons do work. There are only some scratches on the plastic, but that is fine considering it is used. The games I had work fine on the device and so far I haven't seen any problems with any electronic components either. So I am happy with the purchase.

    Broken On Arrival

    Failed to me mention that the left back bumper of the DS doesn’t work/no stylist.DSI was not data wiped so has started/finished games along with what I assume to be their child’s sister and fathers photos filling the hard drive. Besides the quality of the product the price was reasonable along with the shipping.
