    Brene Brown is my favorite author right now. She has been doing research by interviewing people about shame, vulnerability and whole hearted living for years. She has wisdom and an entertaining way of teaching about these serious subjects. It is enjoyable to read and a real treat to listen to, when she reads her books on CD.

    Brene Brown is a researcher who has interviewed thousands of people. People who avoid shame are willing to be vulnerable because they know they have intrinsic worth. They may be afraid, but they are brave enough to trust before they know the outcome. This is the only way to truly connect with others, instead of hiding their true selves.
