When I change my bag, I apply a little cream after washing around the stoma and rub it thoroughly into the skin. Then I blot the rest of the gel and then use other auxiliary elements for the skin around the stoma: skin inhaler, Stpmahesive Seal, Dandac Skin Protector. A very positive gel. I recommend it.
