Contacted seller and provided picture regarding the issue. Seller responded I had to return product in the packaging she sent the shoes in at my own cost and she would give careful consideration to a refund. I paid $15.00 shipping and handling to get shoes which seller sent in a plastic bag I threw in the trash.
