Item arrived and as soon as I opened it, I floral smell hit my nose. I took the backpack out for the bag and inspected it only to see what may be cat hair on it (not sure, it was white and multiple clumps of it). The pattern also looks faded like it was washed. I found the tag in the front pocket but it wasn’t even attached. The item looks clearly worn based on the straps and the fading. I did inspect the bag before I shipped it and found no problems. Certainly not any of the issues you mentioned. I would have preferred that you request a return before leaving negative comments.

But then USPS decided to reroute it across the country to California. It sat for almost five days before USPS decided to send it on its way to me. Totally NOT the Seller's fault. I do wish Seller had a two-day shipping option available. I have started paying the extra shipping costs because this isn't the first time it happen. But, I would purchase from this seller again
