Almost lost by "Royal Mail" with their absolutely rubbish "tracking" which still (at the time of writing this) shows it "out for delivery" on Saturday 30th August - when it didn't arrive. Came home today (Monday 1st) and there it is on the mat. Come on RM you need to get your act together! Friendly, professional and understanding seller, very supportive and highly recommended.
