The fifth game in the Rayman series was developed by Ubisoft Montpellier, and is a direct sequel to the popular Rayman Origins game. Rayman, Globox, and the Teensies have been sleeping for a century, and when they awaken, they find themselves faced with a new threat that must be quickly eradicated. Rayman Legends is a platform designed for thrilling multiplayer gameplay, with up to five players able to join in on the adventure at once. Using four Nintendo Wii controllers and the Wii U Game Pad, up to five players can join in as you travel to Olympus Maxiums and take on the worst of the nightmares. It’s an unforgettable adventure that requires hard work and team work, and this exciting new five-player co-op gameplay ensures everyone can get in on the action. There are over 80 levels of action-packed fun to explore with a side-scroller design that keeps things moving at a fast pace as you battle strange and unusual beasts. From Luchadores to giant toads and classic creatures like dragons and sea monsters, Rayman Legends puts you up against some of the most threatening beasts imaginable. You can play as such characters as Barbara the Viking, Globox the Frog, the Teensies, or, of course, Rayman himself. Each character comes with special skills in powers, such as Murfy, who is the dedicated character on the Wii U Game Pad. He can tickle enemies, rotate platforms, cut ropes, dig paths, and take out a dragon using only his slingshot. Continue competing against your friends in a number of different and exciting challenges that test your skill and speed. Rayman Rocks is a music-based adventure where you and your friends can discover who is the real Platforming Hero. Through a series of challenges, you must play through maps set to popular music, jumping to the beat of a drum, punching in time with the bass line, and zip-lining for the length of a sustaining guitar solo. This bonus content is an ultra fast-paced way for you and your friends to take a detour from standard gameplay and challenge one another in a really fun, creative way. One of the other exciting features of Rayman Legends is that the game can continue even after you’ve turned the TV off. Using your Wii U Game Pad, you can continue to play as Murfy, working your way through all 80 exciting levels and completing the game. Don’t let the fun stop just because you have to turn the TV off; take the Wii U Game Pad with you, and continue your adventures and the battle against the nightmares.     A great time with friends.

    This game is just a blast to play. Anyone with a taste for platfomers will enjoy this. The game looks good, has some humor, and good music. It's even better with other players. Enjoy screaming and laughing with/at friends and family.

    good game

    with awesome platformer, multiplayer, controls, original music. One of the best value/under rated platform games in recent years. my kids are 8 and 5 and they manage to get through. but it's not for kids only. Great game to play with your kids as an adult

    Fun to play

    This game is probably the best Rayman game I've ever played. The graphics look amazing and the Wii U use for some of the levels is very creative and compelling. I really love this game.

    Addicting!

    Beautiful game and fun controls. The music and graphics will get you hooked. I played for hours after putting the disc in the first time.

    Wii u rayman

    It's a wii u game and I should know but I hate that it makes you use the game pad. Interact with the game by touching the screen on the game pad. Wish it was optional to use a regular controller
