Its alright...
I can say honestly that I thought there would be more recipes in this. There are, however, many pages that have lots of very useful information. Canning, measuring, proper cutting of meat, tips and tricks abound through this book. But, like I said, I wished there would have been more recipes. This is a great book to have if you have other cookbooks to go with it. Curtis Miller
