I contacted them to give them a chance to resolve and they asked if I wanted refund or replacement. I stupidly ask for replacement as I need the product. I wait and nothing arrives, I ask them for update/tracking number and they lie saying that it was delivered using first tracking number instead of new one, and do not provide new one. Scammers. AVOID!

I have heard nothing from them since, I even sent a follow up message to which I’ve had no response. In addition to this, the delivery time was really slow and when I looked further in to this it was because it was coming from CHINA even though they’re listed as a UK seller. This ebayer gets there products from SHEIN then sells them on at inflated prices. AVOID
