    FL300 is a short version of the FL1A

    The Ford FL300 is a short version of the Ford FL1A and is good for tight spaces My '78 Granada V-8 has very little clearance between the filter and the frame, so the FL300 fits very nicely. Other than having slightly less oil capacity it is identical to the FL1A.

    Excellent filter at a good price.

    I always use these Motorcraft filters, even on my non-Ford vehicles. They're superior to Fram and the like, yet cost about the same.
