Creature from the black lagoon 2
I watched this with a jaded idea about what it was about. I was pleasantly surprise at the subtle performances of many of the main characters . The colour palate and the tone of the movie are an enhancement of the basic story. It is not a 'monster' movie. It is one of my (few) modern favourites.
