Replacmenet Work Bowl is functional
As I just received the item, I am in no position to say whether it is durable or not. It appears to be designed well enough for the purpose it is meant to serve. (It is a replacement bowl) the first one cracked. Yes it is very easy to clean. My main issue with this replacement work bowl is that it was prohibitively expensive to purchase for a proprietary piece of plastic that did not come with either the cover or the pusher, all of which have to be purchased separately. Depressing that everything always has to be such a blatant gouge.

You need a dremel tool to make the top fit The bowl.
I saw these type of comments before I bought the replacement bowl. So I was prepared. The slots need some grinding so they are wide enough to allow the work top to be slid onto bowl. It’s simply molded a little off. But the price is right.

supposed to fit DLC-7...but it doesn't Doesn't fit the safety locks on the edge Maybe fits the DLC-8??
