Battle-weary Geralt investigates those responsible for the attempted assassination of King Foltest in this enhanced adaptation of the The Witcher 2 on PC. Experience new quests, locations, and even characters as you advance through a non-linear storyline with outcomes dependent on your choices throughout key encounters. Geralt will meet an assortment of characters in his journey, from soldiers and rebels to mages and royalty, while exploring a variety of locales in the world. Geralt can interact with the environment by leaping over fences, scaling walls, climbing rock formations, and more. Areas are also designed to be more open than in the first game, which was exclusive to the computer platform. The fast-paced combat system enables Geralt to switch fighting styles, select targets, block, dodge, and use magic in a seamless fashion without interrupting the battle's flow. As he gains experience in battle, Geralt can learn new abilities associated with three paths of character development: mage, master swordsman, and alchemist. Each path's ability will grant Geralt new options for magic, melee attacks, and more, with an emphasis on active skills rather than passive abilities. Other notable combat features include a set of fatalities to master, the ability to cut off limbs, and a variety of monsters to battle. The "Silver Box" Enhanced Edition includes a bonus disc that features a video about the "Witcher" profession, a making of featurette of the aforementioned video, and a digital comic book.

Good odler game
I purchased witcher 2 after playing the witcher 3: wild hunt. It's very very smaller than 3, although that's to be expected because it's not an open world like 3. But overall it's still... the witcher. It's fantastic to watch the animation and look at the old character models. You can definitely feel they are a bit younger in 2. While I haven't beaten it yet nor have I gotten close to the major choices in the game, if you wana play witcher 3, give 2 a go! Above all else (and something I was worried about) it's not horrible. The graphics are still okay. While they aren't modern amazing 1080p or large frame rate, it's still a solid game and is playable unlike some older games. definitely one of the top 3 RPG for Xbox 360
very similar to Dark Souls, not as hard though (no RPG is harder than Dark Souls, or as good), of all RPG's , The Witcher 2 is by far the one with the most compelling and immersive story, very good dialog, very well voice acted, the cinematics are well directed, it feels real, makes you want to watch and know more about the story, right from the get-go, has a bit of that excellent cinematographic quality found in Metal Gear Solid series; the gameplay mechanics are awesome, with good innovations that sets it apart from other RPG's, because for example, The Elder Scrolls Series, as far as Oblivion and Skyrim goes, everything is brilliantly done with the exception of the gameplay mechanics, they suck!, they are so dull and basic, you simply don't feel in control of the character, and ... very similar to Dark Souls, not as hard though (no RPG is harder than Dark Souls, or as good), of all RPG's , The Witcher 2 is by far the one with the most compelling and immersive story, very good dialog, very well voice acted, the cinematics are well directed, it feels real, makes you want to watch and know more about the story, right from the get-go, has a bit of that excellent cinematographic quality found in Metal Gear Solid series; the gameplay mechanics are awesome, with good innovations that sets it apart from other RPG's, because for example, The Elder Scrolls Series, as far as Oblivion and Skyrim goes, everything is brilliantly done with the exception of the gameplay mechanics, they suck!, they are so dull and basic, you simply don't feel in control of the character, and gameplay is the single most important thing in a game, and then in 2nd place is the story with the voice acting and believable, true-to-life-dialog, and in 3rd place the graphics, and finally the overall menus, The Witcher 2: enahnced edition has all the aforementioned remarkably done (important to notice that for this version of the game the menus where... enhanced, so yeah), best three RPG's for xbox 360 are: Dark Souls series, Dragons Dogma: Dark Arisen (not the normal, former version, but the Dark Arisen), and The Witcher 2: enchanced SILVER BOX edition, (as this one has all the campaign in a single disc, whereas the non Sivler box version doesn't) .. now, I can't yet determine which games I'd put on 2nd place, dragons dogma or the witcher 2,.. and if you haven't played dark souls, well, why are you even looking at this game for then? hahahaha buy this game though, but be sure to play Dark Souls, which actually on xbox 360 looks better than on ps3, and I am Playstation fanboy, so there.

Classic Witcher
Not as good as Witcher 3 Wild Hunt but absolutely worth your time and money. It would be nice to see a remake for Witcher 1 & 2 with more side quests and fast travel.
