I immediately vacuumed glob after glob of dust and hair out of the sides of the system, but I'm going to have to take it in for a professional cleaning it's so clogged and gross. I haven't even tested it to see if it works because I can't touch without gloves. This was a birthday gift for my wife, so yeah, I'm pretty unhappy with this whole thing. Great deal!
Was a little apprehensive at first, to purchase a refurbished product, but let me tell ya, don't let that scare you. The Xbox looked just like a brand new one minus the the refurb stickers on the console(which can be pealed off) and label on the box. Thus far, works flawlessly.
