    Wonderful Cookbook!

    I purchased this cookbook two weeks ago, I am almost finished reading it and so far I have tried 5 recipes. The ones I have tried have great flavor, the ingredients are not too difficult to find and look and taste very authentic ! The only "Con" I have found so far is that there are some recipes where the directions/instructions are a bit confusing when trying to explain the steps to follow. Otherwise, I think I found the book I was seeking...
