Sturdy
I needed something sturdier for my door since the original one was broke by a strong wind. This should work fine. A little difficult finding the right setting so my door closes all the way and locks. The delivery was quick and easy, and I recommend using this distributor.

Looks Great But Has design Flaws.
This product is such a good idea, a tap-n-go pneumatic closer that is actually heavy duty, that its fundamental flaw (a square piston rod instead of a round one) is especially disappointing. Don't get me wrong: Everything about it looks and feels "industrial." It is its operation that leaves much to be desired. Sometimes it works fine, then without warning it will catch and require releasing it with a second attempt or a third. Another annoyance is that its tap-n-go button faces the inside door, thus requiring a replacement of its holder to allow the inside door to close properly. I bought a similar device at a local hardware store that works better, although its outward construction was not as robust.

Great product and a great dealer, the communication was great and the delivery was super fast.
This pneumatic door closer was purchased to replace a faulty one that came with my Anderson door. This is slightly different than the one it replaced, but functions better than the original, which really surprised me. The older one frequently wouldn't allow the door to close all the way, no matter how I adjusted it. The new one worked perfectly as soon as it was installed.

Parts missing USELESS!!
This is a push button door holder. There is no button. I know it is used but if the parts are not there you shouldn't sell it. This is no good without the button. You need to check your items before you sell them.

Great oem.. very heavy duty, but strong enough to break door mounts if it is forced closed rather than gently opening a bit and letting it gently close normally
