Fleetwood Mac "Rumours" SACD 5.1
I was never a Fleetwood Mac fan and I have never purchased an album by them until now. If you are a fan of high resolution 5.1 then buy this Fleetwood Mac "Rumours" SACD in 5.1 surround sound. If you were like me and didn't care for this band or that album which was huge in 1977, most likely you will like it and more importantly appreciate it. The SACD version is outstanding with great separation and detail. I can finally appreciate this album and see it for what it was worth and forget about all the car radio listening times of it. That's why I never liked it but in this format, what's not to like, even for me. The SACD version will open your mind.

Brilliant album but SACD not different enough to justify the expense
I bouhht this album on vinyl in the 70's and on cd in the 90's. I've only recently acquired an Audiophile SACD player which has been a stunning improvement when playing classical cd's and even better when playing classical SACD's. I was really looking forward to playing a SA version of one of my favourite rock albums but the difference is so small compared with my existing cd that I would not recommend the appreciable extra cost.

Fabulous!
Great recording, talent and dynamic range. I highly recommend this SACD, especially if you were around when it was originally released and playing on the radio. Sounds way better now though.

The mastering is quite strange and methods vary widely from track to track. Buy a remastered version and you will be better off.

Rumors cd
This cd do not match the release date described or edition ,the code show other,but anyway is a classic and sound is good too .

Classic album in SACD
This classic album has been wonderfully remastered for SACD. The backgrounds are noiseless, instruments sparkle, and separation among voices & instruments is excellent. This album is an example of what the format is capable of producing.

I listened to this album extensively in college it wasnt on my radar to buy i had overdosed on Fleetwoid Mac but this was sacd andnit brought happy memories with great sound
