Seller was profusely apologetic, as they did not have another of that same item to re-send to me. Seller allowed me to choose another item of my choice from their bounty of wares, and did NOT charge me extra though the item I chose was significantly more expensive! The seller offered me any other patch in his inventory in substation. The seller then found the original patch I originally wanted and included both patches in my order. Honest and up front seller. Good packaging. Overall the order wasn't perfect but the seller was honest about the mistake.
