The best book on Bodyweight Exercising known to mankind.
All in all I would highly recommend this book to anyone, whether able bodied or disabled . Charles Salvador is an inspiring influence on the inside of prison community and anyone on the outside of it can benefit immensely from the contents of this book. Providing many well resourced advice on the subject of "Bodyweight Training" using your own body as a gym unto itself. Anyone that can do 1790 sit-ups in an hour,118 pushups in a minute and have it recorded by one of the UK screws as a "world record" has gotta be for real hasn't he? He provides really good advice for diet , If I ever end up in the"nick" I know how to survive it and continue my fitness regime on the outside and hopefully stay out of it forever.
