Works great for constipation, son is T4 ...
Works great for constipation, son is T4 paraplegic and this is the only thing that helps with bowel program, no otc or prescribed medications/laxatives help, drinks the night before and the next day it helps things move along. Brew hot, add sweetener, pour over a cup of ice, it's a lemon iced tea.

Super dieters tea.
It works really well when you can't " go " properly. I've used it WHEN NEEDED ONLY since the 70s . Never for dieting ! It doesn't stop your appetite, it is an intestinal cleanser . A little bit goes a long way !

Use it to stay regular
I am on opioids for chronic pain which makes it hard to have bowel movements. This tea works better than anything on the market to alieviate this problem.
