An Amazing and Inspiring Endurance.
Sticking almost entirely to the book of the same title, the " 90 Minutes in Heaven " movie depicts the incredible struggle of a man of the cloth to understand why he was returned to a painful body that took years to heal after being given a brief experience of the exquisite joy of paradise when a fatal car accident took his life for a short while. The best feature of this well done film is that the story is told realistically with actors that reflect the ups and downs, joys and frustrations and hopes and despairs of a family going through this long term adjustment to a crisis that brings out the best and the worst of the participants. An added bonus is that, at the end of the picture, the audience is treated to an appearance of the actual family that survived the ordeal.

A faith that moves the mountains
Film of love, mutual aid, knowing how to be for the good of the other, miracles above the medical technique. In addition, this film in English has subtitles, Spanish and French. Rare find this movie with French subtitles. One more than I did not expect.

Breathtaking
90 MINUTES IN HEAVEN is a true story and one we all should read. It has a focus on almost every facet of life one could imagine. It hear breaking and uplifting at the same time. Once you start reading, you won't want to stop reading it.

A must read!
A fantastic book! Don Piper is a great author and you can tell by reading his books that he is sincere and honest! I highly recommend this book!

in a word, boring, the worst of the Christian flicks.
The book is good but they really blew it with this film. It's OK and worth a look but don't expect a great film like God is not dead. What a shame because they had a chance to make a great Christian film an failed big time.

Title is misleading
The title is 90 minutes in Heaven: I was expecting to see a story about a person who visited heaven. It was 85 minutes of a man getting well - the title was misleading. Glad I only paid 5.00 - because the title was misleading. The company I purchased it from - did good, price was reasonable and they delivered. The rating was more about the movie and misleading title.

A true life story that will inspire you forever.
When you see what this man went through to live it makes you realize how precious life is to each one of us. When the pastor told him how he came upon the accident scene and tore the trunk open so he could get in and pray for him and how they sang together. Don told him that he remembers him holding his hand; but the pastor said he could not reach him to hold his hand. That is the most inspiring part of the movie.

90 Minutes in Heaven
This movie is a very good movie. However, it starts out a little slow and gets better. The subject matter was good, but I think the title is a bit misleading. The main subject of the movie is not about this man's "90 Minutes" in Heaven. It was more about his recovery and faith. He doesn't really talk about his glimpse of Heaven until close to the end of the movie, and I thought there would have been a lot more detail about his glimpse of Heaven. However, I thought it was a good movie and I would recommend it. Not for the younger children because there are some pretty gruesome scenes after the auto accident.
