Overall, a very good product
Overall, it is a very good product. It is lightweight, easy to use and set up, and has been able to do everything I have intended it to do. The only downside I have seen so far is that sometimes it runs a little slow - when first starting up and when a lot of tabs are open at one time. I use my laptop a lot for college and for research projects, so I consistently have a lot of tabs open. However, it is not extremely slow, just has a bit of lag sometimes.

Great Chromebook at a good price
This chromebook was listed as "open box" but I can't tell it was ever opened. It is brand new. EZ setup and long battery life after the initial and subquent charges. Great deal!!
