The soup Maker is not as described in that it was clearly not NEW as stated in the listing It was well packaged and was received in good order. I am 80% satisfied with my purchase and I assume the seller did not open the package prior to despatch and I am therefore satisfied in the services of this seller as the item was delivered on time at a good price.

Awesome cleaning power and easy to use
Never used a Shark product before, and if the current performance continues I won't buy another brand ever again! First off, it was delivered in less than 24 hours - great start! It was advertised as refurbished, but each part was individually wrapped and absolutely immaculate - as good as new. Assembly took all of 20 seconds as an excellent manual was included and each button, switch or catch is individually labelled telling you what it does anyway! Brilliant! In use, it is SO quiet and light, with a swivel head that allows manoeuvring around objects with ease. But the best part was its cleaning power. I have two long-haired dogs that deposit enough white fur and fluff to knit a pullover each week, and my previous vacuum cleaners have struggled with this, so I wasn't expecting miracles ... Fantastic hoover
Just want to start by saying i read the reviews before I purchased this hoover and they were all spot on...it has unbelievable suction and really light...I have always used another brand with the ball on as I never had a problem with them but my bedroom carpet just didn't look clean after hoovering it! Best vacuum cleaner ever.
This is honestly the best vacuum cleaner I have ever used. It has a nice strong suction, without being hard to push and pull, it gets into all the edges and the lift away function is absolutely brilliant, especially when vacuuming the stairs. The tools are good and easily stored and accessed. Emptying is really easy and the filter is quickly washed and dried on a radiator. I wouldn't swap it for any other vacuum cleaner.This is honestly the best vacuum cleaner I have ever used. Better than the other big name
Had the other well known vacuum. But it kept breaking down every time I used it on very fine dust or beach sand.( I live by the sea). So I went for this after seeing it one day. I'm glad I did. As much power as the other brands if not more. Quieter while in operation. Much easier to empty the dust. Picks up a much wider range of particles without cutting out. Build quality is much more robust than many of its competitors and more so than the big player and all at half the price of many of its competition.This shark is highly recommended by me.very happy I took the plunge and went for this.Had the other well known vacuum. You can't get better than this
This is my second shark....never thought they would make one better than the one I allready have but this one is somthing else.....best cleaner I've ever had by a mile......ide never use another brand .....only shark....solid well made with exceptional features and performance and the suction is by far superior to any other cleaner on the market.....ide ordered this at 1.30pm on a Sunday and it was at my door 12.30pm monday.....they must of shot it over on a catapult or somthing.....ide couldent fault the cleaner or the service if I tried....there's a couple of reviews that complain about the length of the hose....ideas a lift off...the hose is a very comfortable size in my opinion....if you are thinking of getting one of these .....go for it....100% you will not be disappointed....it's ...
