You look at the pics and tell me… Flag was taped to the mat with scotch tape. Luckily the flag wasn’t damaged much when removing or before hand when the frames were “unknowingly changed”. Offered to accept a return for full refund then wanted to send me a check for partial, agreed upon refund. Did send through PayPal. Beware of purchasing frames items from this seller.
