Does not block RFID readers, only makes it harder for them.
To test this, I put my work ID badge into one of these and it was able to read the RFID, but I had to hold it closer to the reader and it took a second longer. They would probably make it hard for someone to scan them surreptitiously while they're in the sleeve in your wallet, but it could be done. Also the only one of them I've used started coming apart at the seams after taking my card out 4 or 5 times. They would need to be reinforced with, for example, packing tape. I guess these are okay considering their cost, but I'm going to see if I can get some copper foil which I think would completely block the RFID signal.

Easy CC fraud protection
These RFID sleeves for credit and similar sized cards are above average quality, look great, and fit almost everywhere you'll want to store your cards. In certain applications, the sharp corners of the product can cause a tight fit: One easy fix: clip off the corners with a nail clipper. I Give these an easy A.

Wonderful product!
So glad I purchased these RFID blocking safety sleeve shields. I feel more secure and confident that my card information is safe and cannot be seen by others.

No issues yet.
So far so good. I have had any issues with someone scanning my cards. It holds two cards comfortably.

RFID sleeves, thicker than expected
RFID sleeves are thicker and sturdier than my previous ones from REI. Don’t leave home without them! Wish they were clear on one side....

Works great
It protects the card the only problem I have is you have to be very careful taking the card out or putting in otherwise the sides from the top will start splitting.

Keeping my cards safe is important.
I don't have equipment to test these but the lock picking lawyer showed how putting two cards in one pouch blocked the info from being read.
