Only had an issue when it was sent to authentication, the prongs were bent out of place when it was checked. It will need to be fixed. Seller was willing to have it shipped back to fix & then sent back via authentication again to me which was highly appreciated. Prongs are not shared in the setting and the setting is sturdy. I am very happy with my purchase and recommend the Seller.
