Great cookbook, and a fun read!
This book was a great purchase! The introduction as well as comments and photos of Newman and friends scattered throughout make it more than just a cookbook. The recipes are well organized and printed in an easy to read format. Directions are clear and often include hints or comments of interest about the recipe or the ingredients used. The book I received is in excellent used condition with no marks, rips, or other evidence of damage. I highly recommend this book.

Great Cookbook from a Great Man
I have a smaller paperback version of this cookbook & have enjoyed it so much that I decided to purchase the large hardcover as well, because you never have too many Paul Newman Cookbooks! Great recipes from Paul, his family & friends, as well as wonderful photos & funny quotes in Paul humour. Paul's legacy forever lives on through his movies, the wonderful Hole In The Wall Gang Camp he started & Newman's Own brand of great food items which still support the camp.

Cool Hand Luke in the Kitchen!
Paul Newman wasn't only a great actor he loved eating and cooking delicious healthy food. He was a really cool guy the world has lost.

Very nice, like the movie star....
The book's introduction is FUN to read. The recipes are easy to follow, and the pictures are very nice.
