Best Earplugs
These have the NRR of the compressible foam earplugs but are much, much easier to insert properly. They are as easy as the rubber baffle earplugs to insert with about 7 more NRR points. They will expand a bit more after installation. Easily the best hearing protection I've used.

Not Good for Sleeping on the Job
Work perfectly for intended purpose. However, they didn't block enough sound for my application. I need 32db+ sound protection and these didn't block that much sound. The plastic piece is uncomfortable if you're lie on a pillow. But that's frowned upon - - sleeping on the job!

Nice design earplugs I’ve used before. With this style you don’t have to touch the soft foam, which keeps it clean. Unlike other style earplugs where you have to squish the foam before you insert. Very satisfied.

Disappointed
Not very good at reducing sound. Foamies work better for a lot less
