ALL IT SAYS IT IS!
Easy to use. Nice with the different levels of massage and heat. Just what I needed for my stiff neck. Much relief after one half hour treatment.

This is the best quality USB heating pad...
This is the best quality USB heating pad made. The shape and the velcro wrap makes it possible to use multiple areas. Having more than one is helpful, its size it makes it possible to use 2 without treating one area at a time. Excellent for pain relief.

Not hot enough.
There are a few nice things about it, the cord is plenty long enough and it stays in place. The biggest con is that it doesn't get hot enough. Just Luke warm. If it got hot enough, I would give it 5 stars.

GR8 little heat/massage device, recommend to all.
The heat/massage helps alleviate the pain I feel in my neck. Have problems recouping from lower back surgery. Leaves me laying on my side, where putting my arm to support my head which causes me pain.

DMI Heating Pad Lacking
Heating pad takes a long time to feel warm. Plastic cover can be felt even thru fleece snap close cover. Regret the purchase & disappointed in DMI.
