My latest purchase was sadly extensively torn and not able to be used as intended. After an offer of 10% discount, I asked to return it for a full refund of which I received, less the postage, but told not to return it. The correspondence was prompt as was the receipt of the Kantha.

As always, the quality is lovely, the colors have never been anything but what the photos show (maybe a bit different from photo to real life but not by much), the shipping super fast (faster than things I buy in the States sometimes which is just not right) and I bought 4 this time so they all got shipped together which was also very nice.
