My one comment was that it was shipped in a soft USPS envelope which resulted in a few of the corners of the outer box being banged up. Not a good look for a gift. Since the item itself has a protective case, I'm assuming this won't affect functionally - but if esthetics matter to you this could tick you off. I was mad about it for a bit until I rationalized about the case.

There were long pauses between communications, then in order for you to return the wrong items, I was "required" to take photos. It took forever before receiving a label to return the wrong items and a long delay in my refund being processed. Once I brought to their attention they shipped the wrong items, they should have sent me a return label. The product was new however the homemade box bad.
